Order acceptance
An order is accepted after payment is authorized and the store confirms it can be produced. We may contact you for clarification or cancel and refund an order that cannot be completed safely or accurately.
Personalization
You are responsible for checking names, dates, numbers, spelling and selected options before ordering. We may adjust spacing or scale so the engraving fits the stated production area.
Proof approval
Where approval is requested, check every visible detail. Production based on an approved proof may begin immediately, and later changes may require a new order or additional charge.
Prices and availability
Prices, options and availability can change before an order is accepted. The checkout total shown when the order is placed controls that transaction, subject to correction of an obvious technical error.
Uploaded content
Only submit artwork, names and other content that you have permission to use. We may decline content that is unlawful, abusive, unsafe to reproduce or likely to infringe another person’s rights.
Product variation
Metal tone, grain, patina, hand stamping and finishing can produce small variations. Product photography is a guide; these natural and process-based differences are not identical from piece to piece.
Site use
Do not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive requests or copy site content in a way that violates intellectual-property or other applicable rights.
