Learn how CoolKeychain production time, digital proofs, delivery estimates, tracking and international shipping work before you order.
Production time
Most pieces are prepared in 3–5 business days unless the product page or order confirmation states otherwise. Complex artwork, proof changes or unusually large orders can require more time.
Digital proof
Where a proof is included, we send it to the email used at checkout. Production begins after any required approval, so reply promptly if the order is time-sensitive.
Delivery estimate
Use the estimated arrival shown on the product page, cart and checkout as the current guide. It is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the shipment update is added to your order and sent by email. Carrier scans can take time to appear after dispatch.
International orders
Cross-border delivery can take longer because of customs and local carrier handling. Import duties, taxes or collection fees may be charged by the destination country.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if an address is wrong. Once a parcel has entered the carrier network, rerouting may not be possible.
