Shipping time and origin
Orders ship from Hong Kong. Shipping typically takes 5–7 days after dispatch. Carrier and customs timing varies by destination, so delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Order details
Check names, dates, numbers and uploaded artwork carefully before placing the order. Contact us promptly if a time-sensitive order needs a correction.
Estimated arrival
The product page shows an estimated arrival date before you order. Use the date displayed for your order as a guide; it is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping charges and import fees
Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Depending on your destination, import duties or taxes may also apply.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the shipment update is added to your order and sent by email. Carrier scans can take time to appear after dispatch.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if an address is wrong. Once a parcel has entered the carrier network, rerouting may not be possible.
