We want your personalized piece to arrive exactly as ordered. This policy explains eligibility, timing and what happens next—before you buy.
Incorrect or damaged pieces
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the approved order details, contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate remake, replacement or refund.
Return shipping
Buyers are responsible for return postage for eligible change-of-mind returns. CoolKeychain covers reasonable return or replacement costs when we confirm the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund timing
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or payment provider to post the funds.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, a personalized order may no longer be cancellable.
